Protection of the rights of pets in Ukraine. Problems of the lack of a unified system during the war

The problem of the lack of a unified state register of domestic animals in Ukraine has been discussed in the veterinary and animal protection community for many years and was first raised at the highest state level back in 2012. Ukraine is among the top ten countries in the world with the largest number of stray animals. About 140 thousand animals today need the help of volunteers.
