Items can be handed over by Ukrposhta at the expense of the recipient or to eco-activists

Kharkiv eco-activists handed over the things collected as part of the re-use campaign, i.e. re-use, to displaced people and vulnerable residents of the Zmiiv community.

Such an initiative helps people and the environment at the same time, reports the public organization Kharkiv Zero Waste on Facebook.

Eco-activists said that about 3,000 forced migrants live in Zidkivsky district of the community alone. In addition, some residents lost their jobs due to the relocation or closure of a number of enterprises.

They called on interested Ukrainians to join the action. Thus, things can be transferred by Ukrposhta at the expense of the recipient. The Starostat undertakes the payment of the shipment: 63432, SMT Zidky Sinitsyna Oksana +380 (50) 137 98 08.

In addition, you can negotiate with eco-activists and hand over things to them in Kharkiv, in particular near the Epicenter shopping center on Gagarin Avenue.

"Together to victory, taking care of the environment and people!" – emphasized the authors.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that eco-activists urged Ukrainians to put unnecessary things in recycling cabinets and share them through groups in social networks. After all, goods that are still suitable for use often end up in landfills.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, eco-activists opened reuse cabinets in Lubotyn, Kharkiv region, where people can leave unnecessary things and pick up something for their needs. After all, the brand audit showed that 20% of things thrown into the trash, including cosmetics, clothes, medicines, etc., could be useful for other people.
