In the Kyiv region, the Israeli company GreenMix plans to build a plant for ecological processing of construction waste.

The first negotiations with the company's representatives took place, Oleksiy Kuleba, the head of Kyiv regional military administration, reported on Facebook.

"This is a very important project. After all, every day we struggle with the consequences of кussia's military aggression in our Kyiv region," he said.

Kuleba explained that hundreds of tons of construction debris are removed from the yards of destroyed buildings.

He also added that it is important not only to establish the disposal process, but also to process construction waste taking into account high standards of environmental friendliness.

"This project is an investment in the future of the new Kyiv region. Kyiv region is ready to be the first such site in Ukraine and become a demonstration case for other regions of Ukraine for dismantling, disposal and processing of construction waste," said Kuleba.
