Excess funds will go to help other animals in need

Animal rights activists call on caring Ukrainians to help build a mini-shelter in Kherson for animals with serious health problems.

The floor in the room is very damaged and cold, which is dangerous for injured and weakened animals, reports UAnimals on Telegram.

Volunteer Svitlana takes on difficult cases in the treatment and rehabilitation of homeless animals. 8 dogs, 10 kittens and 3 cats are under her care.

However, the room she found is in need of repair.

The volunteer found a room that can be equipped for her wards, but it needs repairs.

"The floor here is very damaged, so it's dangerous for injured animals, and it's also cold, so cats and dogs often get cystitis," the report said.

You can help repair and insulate the floor of the shelter so that it becomes cozy and comfortable for its four-legged residents:

"In the appointment, please write "on the floor". Surplus funds sent to rebuild the minishelter will go to help other animals in need," writes UAnimals.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision that will make it possible to monitor the number of homeless animals by humane methods in accordance with the best European practices.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, in Kyiv, animal rights activists accused a volunteer of theft of a batch of humanitarian fodder for animals
