He has a higher economic (Dnepropetrovsk State University) and legal (National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Y. Wise, Kharkiv) education. Studied at the postgraduate course of the Dnepropetrovsk State University at the Department of Banking.

He studied abroad in project finance and project management, development and implementation of investment projects, good public administration (Good Governance).

Now he is a postgraduate student at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine at the Department of Management and Project Management.

He has extensive experience in cooperation with international financial institutions and organizations, as well as many years of experience in the real sector of the Ukrainian economy. Conducts active social and expert activities (Vice-President of the Energy Club, President of the Ukrainian Association of Drinking Water "Borisfen", President of ARDI (NGO "Regional Development and Investment Agency", Deputy Chairman of the Public Council under the NEURC, Deputy Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Energy) .
