Map of large-scale fires in Ukraine caused by the war
In Ukraine, Russian shelling caused at least 37,867 large-scale fires in an area of 100,662 hectares, and every third hectare destroyed is a protected area. The fire destroyed 36,154 hectares of forests and 10,250 hectares of grassland ecosystems.
