People's deputies will consider the letter of the Cabinet of Ministers on the progress and results of the implementation of national programs in 2021-2022

On Tuesday, July 11, a meeting of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Environmental Policy and Nature Management will be held via video conference at 10:30 a.m.

EcoPolitic has prepared the agenda of the committee for its readers.

People's deputies will consider the government draft law No. 9219 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the delimitation of powers of central executive bodies in the field of industrial safety, labor protection, occupational hygiene, handling of explosive materials, implementation of state mining supervision, implementation of state supervision and compliance control requirements of legislation on labor and employment of the population" in respect of which the eco-committee is designated as the main one.

In addition, the eco-committee must submit its proposals to:

  • draft law No. 0210 "About termination of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the field of plant quarantine";
  • draft law No. 9372 "On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine regarding the peculiarities of proceedings in cases on appeals of the central executive body implementing state policy in the field of geological study and rational use of subsoil";
  • draft law No. 9271 "About making changes to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the specifics of using leave in connection with pregnancy and childbirth";
  • draft law No. 9266 "About electronic agricultural receipts".

The People's Deputies will also consider the letter of the Cabinet of Ministers on the progress and results of the implementation of national programs in 2021-2022.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that on July 4, a meeting of the Working Group of the Eco-Committee on Development of Legislative Initiatives regarding the implementation of EU norms and recommendations into Ukrainian legislation was held.
