In 2020, the agricultural company "New Ukraine" received the lands of Troyeshchyna meadows for permanent use without a decision of the Kyiv City Council

The Commercial Court returned 375 hectares of land in the "Troyeshchynski luky" reserve to the territorial community of Kyiv.

The value of this land reaches 10 billion hryvnias, the Department of Land Resources of KMDA reports on Facebook.

It is noted that the reserve is located in the Desnyan district of the city. Meadows stretch north from the corner of Myloslavska Street and Almazne Lake.

As Khmarachos reports, in 2020, the agricultural company "New Ukraine" received the lands of Troeshchyna meadows for permanent use without a decision of the Kyiv City Council. Private notary Nadiya Karavai entered the information into the state register.facebook.com/kyiv.land.department

The material said that in June 2022, the Economic Court refused to satisfy the claim of the Kyiv City Council regarding the return of these two plots of land to community ownership. Lawyer Oleksandr Dyadyuka, who represented a third party in this case the Kyiv Ecological and Cultural Center, accused the lawyers of the Kyiv Council of losing.

"The lawsuit was specially written illiterately with the aim of losing. Moreover, the representative of the Kyiv Council did not appear in court again: in his statement to the court it is written that he is involved in some other civil court case," Dyadyuk said.

Earleir, EcoPolitic wrote, that the Supreme Court of Ukraine decided to leave unchanged the decision of the Kyiv Court of Appeal regarding the return of 17 protected areas on Zhukov Island to the Kyiv community. At the end of the 2000s, 3 hectares of the island, worth more than 45 million hryvnias, were given free of charge for development.

As Ecopolitic previously reported, in Kyiv, employees of NABU, SAP and KMDA prevented the illegal alienation of Obolonsky Island with an area of 147.7 thousand m2, located next to Natalka Park, into private property.
