The Cabinet of Ministers appointed two new deputy ministers of environmental protection

Krasnolutskyi was the deputy minister of environmental protection and natural resources during the tenure of minister Roman Abramovskyi

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Oleksandr Krasnolutskyi as the first deputy minister of environment protection and natural resources.

The government also appointed Victoria Kireeva as deputy minister of environment protection and natural resources, the Ministry of Environment reports.

It is noted that Krasnolutsky held the position of deputy minister since July 2020, and Kireeva headed the Department of Industrial Pollution Prevention and Climate Policy of the Ministry of Environment.

The government also dismissed Ruslan Grechanyk from the post of First Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

"The team and I continue to work on protecting the environment and forming a high-quality environmental protection policy," the press service of the Ministry of Environment emphasized.

Krasnolutskyi received a higher education at the National Agrarian University, majoring in "Land Management and Cadastre", and qualified as a land management engineer.

From 2001 to 2006, he held various positions in the Khmelnytskyi Regional Department of Land Resources.

In 2006-2007, he worked at the State Committee of Ukraine on Land Resources.

From 2008 to 2011, he held senior positions in the State Committee of Ukraine on Land Resources.

In 2012-2014, he worked in management positions at the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine.

In 2014, he started working in the State Service of Ukraine for geodesy and cartography, and in 2019 he became the deputy head of the department.

Kireeva obtained the qualifications of an ecologist and an economist at the National Transport University.

In 2012-2016, she worked in various positions at Eco Expert LLC.

Since April 2016, she started working in the Kyiv Regional State Administration. Until September 2020, she headed the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Kyiv Regional State Administration.

Since September 2020, she is the director of the Department of Permitting and Licensing and Prevention of Industrial Pollution of the Ministry of the Environment.
