HOAs can use the services of banks or submit documents online or by mail on their own

Ukrainian condominiums have the opportunity to participate in the Energy Efficiency Fund's programs. Grant assistance can be used for energy modernization of buildings—from insulating facades to installing your own solar power plant.

The Energy Efficiency Fund has provided more detailed information on how to submit applications and document packages.

Partner banks

To participate in the Energodim program, applications and documents can be submitted through bank branches. To take advantage of this mechanism, a condominium association must select a bank from the list of Energy Efficiency Fund partners, open an account with it, and then complete the documents in accordance with the program requirements.

Independent application submission

The involvement of financial institutions is not mandatory. HOAs can submit the package of documents independently:

  • online to the email address support@eefund.org.ua;
  • offline to the physical address of the Fund. In this case, paper versions of the documents should be sent by mail or courier service.

The Fund has warned that documents should not be delivered personally to the Fund; in that case, they will not be considered.

The Fund emphasized that it is not obligatory to submit the application in electronic format. In the future, a complete transition to online document collection is possible. However, at present, condominiums can submit applications offline by using the partner banks of the Fund’s programs.

If the HOAs decides to submit documents online, there is no need to duplicate them in paper form.

If HOAs representatives still have questions, they can get advice:

As of the end of 2025, the Energy Efficiency Fund has paid out 4.2 billion UAH in grants to participants in the "Energy House", "GreenDIM", and "RenewDIM" programs. As EcoPolitic reported, the grant amount for the first program has increased to 15 million UAH, and in the future the Fund plans to create opportunities for participation by buildings where an OSBB has not been established.
