The Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors has filed for the dismissal of Alexander Maleev, deputy head of the Environmental Prosecutor's Office, after his wife revealed numerous undeclared expenses of her husband on the show “Supermom.”
This was reported by “Sledstvo.Info” with reference to the announcement of this commission.
The prosecutor held the position of deputy head of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office — head of the Department for the Protection of State Interests in the Field of Environmental Protection of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Elite housing
His wife, Anna Maleeva, said on the show that the family rents a 130 square meter house in Bucha. However, Oleksandr Maleev did not indicate this rental in his declaration. According to journalists, renting such a house can cost about $3,000 per month. According to the publication StopCor, the building is located on the territory of a nature reserve.

According to his wife, the family lives in two cities – Odesa and Kyiv. In his 2024 declaration, the eco-prosecutor listed four apartments (one of which was under construction at the time) and non-residential premises in Odesa, one apartment in Kyiv, and three cars. In April this year, the family also completed the construction of an apartment in Odesa.
In his defense, Oleksandr Maleev told the commission that the house where the STB TV channel's Super Mama program was filmed is not his property or the property of his family members. Allegedly, this house was provided to them free of charge for the duration of filming by the family of his wife's cousin.
Hidden expenses and his wife's childbirth in the US
Also during filming, the prosecutor's ex-wife, Tetyana Maleeva, who also participated in the show, said that her ex-husband rents an apartment for her and their children for 15,000 hryvnia per month and provides 30,000 hryvnia monthly. The official also “forgot” to mention these expenses in his annual declaration.
It also does not mention the expenses for the birth of his second wife in the US, who traveled to the States at 35 weeks of pregnancy so that their daughter Sarah Maleeva would automatically receive US citizenship. To explain the absence of these expenses in the declaration, Anna Maleeva stated that she paid for the flight herself, while the US government financed the childbirth and accommodation (???).
What the commission found
In its decision, the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors noted that the inaccurate information in the declaration differed from the accurate information by 3.8 million hryvnia, which is more than 500 times the minimum subsistence level for able-bodied persons.
