It offers a variety of information on this topic in a convenient format

Starlight Media, as part of the Ukraine for Life project, has launched an information platform where you can learn how to save energy and what technologies to choose.

You can learn how to reduce costs and improve your living conditions on the project's website.

Both owners of private homes and members of condominiums, as well as entrepreneurs, will be able to find useful information here in plain language.

The main idea of the project is to demonstrate that even in difficult wartime, Ukraine continues to develop, and its future should be energy independent and sustainable.

This resource will be useful to anyone who wants to make their home or business energy efficient and, at the same time, contribute to strengthening Ukraine's energy independence.

What information is available on the platform

  • practical tips on how to save energy;
  • information on modern technological solutions that are widely used: solar power plants, heat pumps, energy storage, etc;
  • sources of financing for the implementation of energy efficiency measures;
  • a glossary of technologies that explains how it all works;
  • a tool to compare technologies and choose the best option for your home or business;
  • a list of thematic communities and forums where you can learn about successful cases, ask for advice, and communicate with experts.

Where to start

The platform offers the following 3 steps:

  • Step 1 – Familiarize yourself with the available technologies.
  • Step 2 – Together with your family or condominium members, make a decision on the choice based on the available options.
  • Step 3 – Find sources of funding and implement the chosen solution in your home or business.

Earlier, EcoPolitic reported that the Greenwood-2 condominium in the village of Bryukhovychi, Lviv Oblast, has equipped all of its buildings with solar power plants. Thanks to their generation, the houses have their own roof boilers, individual heating points, water supply and heating pumps, and lighting for common areas.
