Non-governmental organizations also joined the organization of the event

On July 27-28, a large crowd took place in the Goloseevsky National Natural Park in Kyiv, during which volunteers cleaned water bodies and coastal zones of garbage.

Employees of the Goloseevsky NPP told about this eco-event on the park's Facebook page.

More than 100 volunteers joined the cleaning. NGOs UAnimals, Greenpeace: Green reconstruction of Ukraine and Second Life also helped with the organization of the event and cleaning.

Eco-activists jointly collected about 5 tons of waste and automobile tires. But the most unexpected find was probably the wreckage of an enemy drone shot down by our defenders during one of the many air attacks on the capital.

Employees of the national park reminded that visiting the forest can be dangerous for life and health. They advised to choose the city's municipal parks or visit locations verified by the relevant services for outdoor recreation.

Also, in "Holosiivskyi" they thanked all the participants of the event for their contribution to the preservation of the nature of the park.

In February, EcoPolitic told how in Kharkiv there was a river thanks to volunteers cleaned up from 45 tons of trash, and in April we reported on the UAnimals Spring Cleanup March, during which 450 volunteers were cleared from the garbage of 5 national natural parks of Ukraine, among which was "Holosiivskyi".
