The SPP will be installed during 2023-2024 at the expense of private structures and international organizations, according to the Facebook page of the committee.

According to Gerus, solar power plants will be installed in the central city hospital of Novovolynsk, as well as in outpatient clinics and hospitals in the communities:

  • Ivanychivska;
  • Lubomlska;
  • Lithuanian;
  • Rozhishchenskaya;
  • Kamin-Kashirska;

  • Lokachynska.

It is noted that the capacity of SPP will reach from 7 to 50 kW. The stations will be able to provide from 20% to 70% of the electricity needs of medical institutions and save the budget funds of communities.

"Batteries will also be installed at some facilities to ensure uninterrupted operation of medical facilities in the event of a power outage," the message emphasized.

Earlier, EcoPolitic wrote, that a 100 kW solar power plant with storage batteries was installed in the Vyshnivska city hospital in the Kyiv region.

As EcoPolitic previously reported, a rooftop solar power plant with a capacity of 28 kW was installed in the Voznesensk multidisciplinary hospital in Mykolaiv region. The SPP will provide reliable and uninterrupted power supply, in particular in emergency situations and emergency power outages.
