A recording of a telephone conversation appeared on the Internet, in which a man with a voice similar to the voice of People's Deputy from the "Sluga Narodu" faction Igor Negulevskyi shared plans to "take control" of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources. In the second interlocutor, they recognized another scandalous People's Deputy, Mykola Tyshchenko, who was recently expelled from the Servant of the People party.
Negulevskyi said that he wants to receive $200 million, take the money offshore and escape from Ukraine, for example to Asia or Panama. The corresponding conversation was published by the Telegram channel "Truha".
"We can take the entire ministry under some kind of control, let's say. Currently, temporary investigative commissions are checking for a year, maybe two years, everything related to ecology - mining, oil, gas, forest, any pipe on any which enterprise. We can take this ministry as we go. Three months will be enough," said the man with a voice similar to Negulevsky's.
A man with a voice similar to Negulevsky says $200 million will last him the rest of his life. Money can be placed in a "trusted" bank that does not reveal the final beneficiary, for example, in Switzerland.
The video contains obscene language.
